Exercise Your Thanks

Being thankful isn’t just for annual turkey consumption in November; it should be a daily routine. Here’s a three-part exercise that I’ve shared with many of my psychic consultation clients.

Part One: Identify three things/people/experiences for which you are thankful.

Part Two: Identify three reasons for each of the three things/people/experiences for which you are thankful.

Part Three: Identify three ways to show gratitude for the three reasons for each of the three things/people/experiences for which you are thankful.

Yes, it’s a basic drill. The real task is to continue what you’ve started; wake up each morning and acknowledge one more item and proceed through the same exercise.

I promise it’ll be a habit that you’ll not want to break!
