The Doors

Doors are entries into the many domains of our lives. Escutcheon, the simple, or sometimes ornate, hardware surrounding keyholes, entice you to step inside and embrace your surroundings.

The same can be said about our souls; they, too, have portals. And, it’s up to us to unlock them to learn more about our inner selves. While physical worlds keep us busy with day-to-day affairs, we owe it to ourselves to carve out time to communicate with our spiritual cores. Guess what? You don’t have to be psychic or someone who’s been studying metaphysics for eons to do so!

Tapping into the God within us can be easy and powerful. It’s just a matter of doing it. Pick a format: prayer, meditation, chanting, visualization, aromatherapy or a combo! It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach; choose whatever is best for your personal connection. Most importantly, be open to learning more about your true self and how it can help you expand your positive physical existence.

The key to an enriching exploration of the soul is simple: leave the ego outside the door.

Love and light,

Tony

This escutcheon belongs to the door of a treasured building in my hometown. Our souls are treasures too.

Thanks honey! I’m life long student and I discovered that word from a friend of mine, Kent! I started paying more attention and the next thing you know, I’m blogging about it!
