Baby Steps

A big leap of faith often begins with baby steps.

During my psychic intuitive consultations, I often tap into a person’s aspirations or goals. “Wow, I’ve never told anyone that I wanted to do that,” exclaimed a woman over the phone last week. “While I’d like to pursue my dream, it just seems so daunting!”

And, that can sometimes be the issue: the approach. A person doesn’t have to achieve a mission in one mighty thrust. Instead, thoughtful, small steps can be a winning strategy. So, in speaking with my client last week, we discussed some actions she could take that could move her forward, while not seeming to be overwhelming. She liked what she carved out to do!

Remember: infancy steps lead us into our life journey. They’re our first take at fancy footwork.

Love and light,

Tony

Yours truly taking baby steps.

I recently started back to grad school and several times have found myself getting overwhelmed when I look at all the research and writing I have to do. It’s only when I step back and make myself look at one small part at a time that the overwhelming feeling goes away. Then I start taking those “baby steps” and get it done!!! Love this picture of your cute self!!!

I couldn’t a agree more with the baby steps notation. At timed I am such a lager ( not in reference to beer). I recently told my daughter that I was quick to go out the door to go shopping but when came to exercising. I had to think about it. There the treadmill in position, stability ball sat, jump rope hung, yoga mat laid out and kettlebell/small weights easily accessible. I often have to institute and contemplate a small circuit workout. Baby steps. I start with sit-ups, a little weight lifting some stretches and before you know it on the treadmill 20 to 30 watching the TV news or program. I am here to attests that baby steps work!!!👏🏼 Success!
Thanks. Tony for the reminder of baby steps, to getting it done. Cute pic!
